Shipping Policy

Orders may take up to 14 business days, the purchase GUARANTEES your order, but it is a print to order basis. Please be patient with us, you WILL get what you order. Some Limited Drops are available immediately, please call store for updates on orders or any questions. Thank you!

All in stock orders are processed every Monday (excluding holidays) and shipped out on Tuesday's. Orders must be placed before 2pm Thursday to qualify to ship the following Monday. Confirmation email will be sent with a USPS tracking number. You will receive another notification when items are processed and shipped via USPS. Free local pick-up!
  • For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • For simple flat rate shipping: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Return Policy

Our return policy is designed to ensure customer satisfaction. If you have any questions or concerns please reach out to us. You can request an exchange within a certain timeframe.

1. General

No REFUNDS, Exchanges ONLY.


We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request an exchange or store credit (on approval).

2. Damages And Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

3. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at undrstmtdllc@gmail.com and send your item to: 267 S. Avenida Del Convento BLDG 5, 85745. Please continue reading the Refunds section for more  information. 

5. Refunds

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.


Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.


If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

    Orders are processed in up to 14 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Items that are pre-ordered are processed within 1-3 weeks due to production time.

    Orders that are successfully placed will receive an e-mail confirmation with the order details. If you haven't received an email, please check your spam folder or contact us for confirmation.

    If you have any questions about your order, please contact us right away. We will be unable to make changes to your order once it has been shipped.

    Please double-check that you have entered the correct address. We are not liable for non-delivery due to address errors that you provide. We will refund the original order if an order is returned due to an incorrect address.

What's the hold up?
Not only do we print our products right here in Tucson but we also process all orders right out of our warehouse! Our staff is committed to making quality items with care. Orders may take up to 14 business days. This purchase GUARANTEES your order, but it is a print to order basis. Please be Patient with us, we are working hard to get you your complete order. Some Items may be in stock while others are not and will need additional time for processing and production. How long does it take to receive my order?

How will my order be shipped?

USPS - you will be notified by the carrier with a tracking number and progress updates.

What are your shipping costs?

Shipping costs vary by cart total. Please review shipping costs above.

My order has already been shipped but I need to update the address. What should I do?

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change your address. Keep in mind that a rerouting fee may be charged by the courier to change your address.

We will not be able to make changes to your order after it has shipped.
